In addition, we manage a 180 bed, Section 50, student accommodation complex adjacent to the National Maritime College of Ireland and have established strong links with them.  We are their only affiliated student accommodation.

Maintenance & Refurbishment

Our  “one stop shop” offers a full management service inc maintenance and repairs, keyholding and 24 hour on call service. We can carry out minor improvements if necessary and the required finishing works to provide a healthy rental income.  We advise landlords on programs for repairs, improvements and tenant resolution including PRTB liaising and eviction if necessary.
