We have a number of properties under our management which are utilized as dedicated student housing and have established links with UCC & CIT’s student accommodation office. In addition, we manage a 180 bed, Section 50, student accommodation complex adjacent to the National Maritime College of Ireland and have established strong links with them. We are their only affiliated student accommodation.
